How does onboarding work?
Onboarding follows a structured 10-day process:
Day 1: You receive a welcome email with your onboarding roadmap and a calendar invite for your kickoff call.
Day 2-3: Kickoff call with your onboarding specialist. We walk through your ICP (ideal customer profile), discuss your target market, and collect the access we need to get started.
Day 4-5: You complete the ICP form with details about your target audience, geography, and service offerings. If you need help, we can fill this out together on a call.
Day 6-7: We install your tracking pixel, configure your data filters, and begin scraping your first lead lists.
Day 8-9: Quality assurance review of your lead data and campaign setup.
Day 10: Dashboard access goes live and your first lead list is delivered. For Outbound and Engine clients, campaigns begin sending.
For Cursive Studio engagements, onboarding is a longer process that begins with a comprehensive audit phase. Your account manager will provide a custom timeline.
